AI Product & Business Systems
AI Product & Business Systems
I independently turn business problems into working software — from user discovery and requirement analysis to product design, coding, debugging, deployment and continuous improvement.
A business running on scattered spreadsheets.
- Everything lived in Excel
- Fragmented files across teams
- Slow, repetitive manual work
- No real-time visibility
- Planning was difficult and unreliable
One Business Operating System.
Instead of patching spreadsheets, I designed and built a single platform where the whole company plans, sells, reports and operates — in real time.
14+ connected modules
One platform. Fourteen connected systems.

Sales OS & MISA — two-way integration
Sales OS is the most complex module because it connects bidirectionally with MISA. Scheduled jobs synchronize transactional data from MISA into the internal application, while route-planning updates are sent from the internal platform back to the MISA route-management system.

How I Think
My work begins with understanding the real problem, not selecting a tool.
- 1
Observe
Identify where work slows down, where information is lost and where people depend on memory or manual repetition.
- 2
Ask Why
Separate symptoms from the root cause before proposing a solution.
- 3
Understand the User
Learn how people actually work rather than relying only on documented processes.
- 4
Analyze the Business
Clarify business rules, roles, dependencies, decisions and expected outcomes.
- 5
Map the Workflow
Turn fragmented activities into a clear end-to-end operating flow.
- 6
Define the System
Define modules, features, data structures, permissions and integrations.
- 7
Build with AI
Use Claude Code in VS Code to accelerate implementation while retaining full ownership of product decisions.
- 8
Test in Real Work
Validate the solution with actual workflows and users.
- 9
Measure the Impact
Evaluate whether the solution improves visibility, speed, decision-making or revenue-focused execution.
- 10
Improve Continuously
Use feedback, errors and new requirements to continuously evolve the product.
Working Principles
Business First
Technology must solve a real business problem.
Understand Before Building
I don't build features before understanding the user, process and expected decision.
Systems Over Manual Dependency
Good operations should not depend on individual memory or repeated manual work.
Data Over Assumptions
Planning and decisions should be supported by visible, measurable information.
Build for Adoption
A system only creates value when people can understand and use it in real work.
Release, Learn, Improve
Deliver usable value early, then improve through feedback and real usage.
Ownership End to End
I take responsibility from problem discovery to implementation and continuous improvement.
Growth Must Be Sustainable
Campaign results matter, but systems, teams and processes determine whether growth can scale.
Let's connect
I help businesses solve growth challenges by combining Marketing, Business Systems, and AI—from strategy to execution.
