The CEO originally asked only for Sales OS and reporting. Watching how teams actually worked, I saw the real problem wasn't one file or report — it was scattered data, unstandardized processes and Excel-dependent work. I proposed an integrated system, shipped usable modules one at a time, and kept expanding it alongside daily operations.
